Welcome to my blog. My name is Gary Booth, and, for longer than I care to remember, I have worked as a freelance business improvement consultant. In simple terms, my work involves helping large businesses to maximise their profits by making their business operations run as efficiently, and cost-effectively as possible.

Unfortunately, my consultancy fees put my services out of the reach of most small to medium-sized businesses. This is a real shame, because I know that these businesses would benefit greatly from implementing the strategies and techniques that I use. For this reason, I have decided to use this blog as a medium to share my business improvement knowledge.
